We Will Buy It Now assist corporations with this difficult situation. We Will Buy It Now gives Corporations the ability to receive a much needed financial return for their high valued surplus technology \ computer equipment .

Three important questions that need answered:

Question 1: How does We Will Buy It Now assist in this this difficult situation that Corporations face in the disposition of their used computer \ technology equipment?

With over 25 years experience in the acquisition \ purchase, and sale of used computer \ technology equipment We Will Buy It Now have the ability to quickly and fairly purchase your used Corporate surplus computer technological equipment. Question 2: What is different about We Will Buy It Now approach to asset disposition or recovery?

It is quite simply, We Will Buy It Now avoids all the smoke and mirrors that other companies use to confuse and complicate the sale of your used Corporate Technology \ computer equipment. We pay up front with certified funds when purchasing your used technology asset. Other companies want to give you a % of the sale price of your equipment, or at the very best want up to 90 days net terms to pay you in full. There are huge problems with allowing a company to take possession of your assets without payment in full. The biggest problem being that the company will reevaluate the equipment saying that your used computer equipment is worth less than originally thought. We have even seen Corporations receive an invoice for disposal fees because the evaluation of the equipment changed so greatly.

Question 3: Why sell your used asset instead of recycling?

This is the easiest and most important of the three questions. Irvine Corporations can no longer afford not to receive a return on their high value used surplus computer \ technology equipment. Your Corporation, like most others, must receive a return to assist in the process of staying current with their technology needs.

Call us today at 844-289-6692 to start the quick and painless process of receiving a return for your used technology \ computer equipment.

City of Irvine, California

The city of Irvine is situated in Orange County, California. The city has a lot to offer everyone ranging from shopping, international ballet, and fine dining to outdoor recreational activities such as bird watching, balloon rides, hiking, and world-class golf. In addition, a number of corporations have established their headquarters in Irvine. These companies are primarily from the technology and semiconductor sectors.

It is not surprising that CNNMoney.com awarded the city of Irvine fourth place as the best to live in the United States in 2008. In addition, Irvine was named by 24/7 Wall Street as the best-run city in the United States In 2014.

Irvine is a Charter City and is being run as a Council/Manager style of government. It has a City council that is composed of the Mayor and four City Council members. The four council members each serve a four-year term after having been elected at large by Irvine’s registered voters. The mayor serves a two-year term and the city has a two-term limit for its elected officials. Elections are held in November and during election two Council members and the Mayor’s seat is open for consideration.

In the middle of the 1800s, the area that would later become the City of Irvine was divided among large ranches Rancho San Joaquin, Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, and Rancho Lomas de Santiago. All together these ranches were capable of supporting tens of thousands of cattle and horses. Over time the Bixby, Flint and Irvine families became the owners of these ranches. In 1878, James Irvine bought out his partners, creating the Irvine Ranch which stretched from the Santa Ana River to the Pacific Ocean.

James Irvine died in 1886 and James Irvine Jr., his son, inherited the ranch. James Irvine Jr. later incorporated it into The Irvine Company. The Irvine family gradually shifted the operations from ranching to agriculture. A town slowly flourished around the agricultural center, what is now known as Old Town Irvine. In 1959, the Irvine Company initially allowed the University of California to acquire 1,000 of land for a new campus.

The city of Irvine is a planned city, primarily developed by the Irving Company around the 1960. In 1959, the University of California approached The Irvine Company for 1,000 acres of land in order to build another campus. The Irvine Company agreed, and the State acquired another 500 acres. William Pereira, an architect, and Raymond Watson, an Irvine Company employee, drew up the master plan for a city of 50,000 people.

The master plan envisioned a circular plan with divisions called townships, with artificial lakes and a university in the center. Each township would contain houses of the same design, together with commercial centers, schools and religious institutions along with community parks and neighborhood parks. The commercial districts are arranged in checkerboard pattern around the central townships.

However, by 19171, the residents of these communities voted to incorporate a much larger city than the one originally proposed by the Pereira plan. The city of Irving was incorporated on December 28, 1971.
