Question 2: What is different about We Will Buy It Now approach to asset disposition or recovery?
It is quite simply, We Will Buy It Now avoids all the smoke and mirrors that other companies use to confuse and complicate the sale of your used Corporate Technology \ computer equipment. We pay up front with certified funds when purchasing your used technology asset. Other companies want to give you a % of the sale price of your equipment, or at the very best want up to 90 days net terms to pay you in full. There are huge problems with allowing a company to take possession of your assets without payment in full. The biggest problem being that the company will reevaluate the equipment saying that your used computer equipment is worth less than originally thought. We have even seen Corporations receive an invoice for disposal fees because the evaluation of the equipment changed so greatly.
Question 3: Why sell your used asset instead of recycling?
This is the easiest and most important of the three questions. Aliso Viejo Corporations can no longer afford not to receive a return on their high value used surplus computer \ technology equipment. Your Corporation, like most others, must receive a return to assist in the process of staying current with their technology needs.
Call us today at 844-289-6692 to start the quick and painless process of receiving a return for your used technology \ computer equipment.
Aliso Viejo, California
The city of Aliso Viejo is located in San Joaquin Hills, a low mountain range of southern Orange County, California. Aliso Viejo was carefully planned and raised from what was then an undeveloped area. On July 1, 2001, the city became Orange County’s 34th city, making it the only city in Orange County, California to be incorporated since the year 2000. The city’s name Aliso Viejo means “Old alder tree” in Spanish. The city is recognized as a vibrant community of professionals and enterprising businesses.
The city of Aliso Viejo is a general law city. It has a council-manager system of government. A volunteer City council oversees the day-to-day operations being handled by a professional City Manager. The City Council of Aliso Viejo is composed of five members who serve in four-year terms that are “overlapped,” and each election fills either two or three open seats. Every year the sitting members of the City council votes for its next Mayor and Mayor pro term to serve a one-year term beginning Jan. 1. The two positions are filled by majority vote of the members.
The land, what is now the city of Aliso Viejo, was once part of the historic Moulton Ranch. The ranch was owned by the Moulton family. In 1976, the Mission Viejo Company acquired what remained of the Moulton Ranch, about 6,600 acres, to create a new planned community with 20,000 homes to accommodate a population of 50,000. In 1979, the master plan was approved by the Orange County. Integral to the project, and as part of the Aliso and Wood Canyons Wilderness Park, 2,600 acres would be dedicated to Orange County. An additional 800 acres were also set aside for parks, schools and community facilities.
Envisioned as the first planned community in California, the city of Aliso Viejo was intended to be a “live-work” community, where people lived and worked in the city. It planners sought to find balance between the expected number of resident work force and the projected number of projected jobs within its borders. The centrally located 900-acre business park and town center, Pacific Park, was expected to eventually provide over 22,000 jobs. To this end, to encourage live-and-work opportunities, every home in the city of Aliso Viejo were purposely located about 1 1/2 miles from Pacific Park. Then there is the Aliso Viejo Town Center, complete with retail stores and nearby office parks for other businesses being surrounded by single-family homes, townhouses, condominiums and apartments.
Forty years later, Aliso Viejo is now home to more than 50,000 residents and celebrating its 15th anniversary as a city. During that time, the city has built a reputation as a place for families to settle down while also becoming a well-known technology hub, serving the biomedical engineering business. Aliso Viejo is now growing into a commercial city capable of meeting the growing needs of individuals, families, and businesses. The city is young and still has much to offer in the future.
